I went in for a consultation about a bulbous nose and a long nose. The consultation felt friendly, but when I asked about things outside the surgery itself, the explanations felt a bit lacking, which was disappointing. They explained things in a suitably straightforward way. The facilities and that sort of thing were really good, but it was disappointing that the doctor I had already planned on seeing was off that day.
