Hello It has been 10 months since I had double eyelid surgery. I had epicanthoplasty and buried-suture double eyelid surgery, but my eyes don’t close well, so I’m suffering from dry eye syndrome, and it’s uncomfortable every time I shift my focus here and there. Even now, it still isn’t exactly comfortable.
I went to a university hospital for an examination, and they said it might be uncomfortable because the eye septum and aponeurosis have adhered, so they suggested removing the adhesions from the buried sutures and making a thin double eyelid with an incisional method. Would that make my eyes close? ㅠㅠ
Do eyes normally not close after double eyelid surgery? ㅠㅠ Maybe it’s because I had a lot of epicanthoplasty, but I don’t really feel my eyes closing well, and the buried-suture fixation is too strong, so my eyes feel pulled and it’s so uncomfortable ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
