I'm from outside the capital area, so this was a case where I went straight into surgery without a pre-consultation. My chin fat and jawline fat were really reduced a lot. It's been about 2 years since the surgery, and I'm a bit heavier now, so some fat has come back, but looking at photos from before I had it done, wow haha I'm living very satisfied with it.
