It seems to vary a little by clinic ㅠ Mine is a revision, and I had septal cartilage used 7 years ago, so this time I’m planning to use autologous costal cartilage. Some clinics use only autologous costal cartilage, and some clinics use autologous costal cartilage + ear cartilage. They say the places that use ear cartilage too do it to make the nasal tip look more natural... which do you recommend more..? Honestly, since they’re already harvesting autologous costal cartilage anyway, I’d rather they only harvest autologous costal cartilage if possible, but if the difference in naturalness is big, I’m wondering if it’s right to use ear cartilage too.
