Overall, it's pretty good. The director is confident and kind, and so are the director's staff and the other employees. I thought I'd be able to tell what the director was thinking by reading the book once, so I read the book before going. I definitely felt reassured about the contouring procedures. The director also seemed to have a lot of experience.
