They said they would remove all the fat, but the flesh around my jawline did not go down much.. At first they said it was not that they had removed too little fat, but that the muscle had sagged, so I thought the problem was muscle and looked into a lifting procedure or laser. But every other dermatology/plastic surgery clinic that does lifting and liposuction said there was no way only the middle part of the muscle could sag like that, and that it really was because not enough fat had been removed..
