I only had a consultation, but since they specialize in revision surgery, they seemed to explain things very thoroughly. It was my first double eyelid surgery, so I was very worried, but they only said what was necessary without pushing anything else, which I liked. Overall they were kind and I was satisfied, though the price is a bit on the expensive side compared to other places.
