After taking photos, the consultation went in this order: manager -> director -> manager. Since this was a revision surgery, I looked at the photos and talked about the parts I wanted improved, and for difficult points they gave me a firm answer. In my case, they said that no matter how much I adjust the double eyelid, for my eyes to look bigger fundamentally, the distance between my eyebrows and eyes would need to be improved, so a forehead lift would be the most effective. That said, they did not force a forehead lift, and said that if I only wanted to improve asymmetry and the line, incision alone would be possible. I also asked about canthoplasty, but they did not recommend it. They said that if I widened the front canthoplasty enough to remove the epicanthal fold, it would look crowded, and that the back-bottom canthoplasty could be done, but it would really not make much difference. The only hospital that did not pressure me about a deposit.
