When I said I wanted non-incisional surgery, they said if I did incisional surgery, the fixation would be stronger and I wouldn't get the natural look I wanted, so they told me to do the natural adhesion method instead. They said that even if I had revision surgery 4 to 5 years later, if I wanted the look I wanted, natural adhesion would be the way to go. They were very confident about natural adhesion, and for the inner corner, they said they use something called Redlepin? where they cut toward the lower eye area to make the shape look natural.
