I went on a weekday morning, so there wasn’t much of a wait. Maybe because it’s a private clinic, the staff seemed a bit flustered, but they responded calmly. I liked that the director spoke with confidence. I tend to have trouble making decisions, so if the director hadn’t seemed confident, it would have been hard for me to decide on surgery right away.. I could feel that they had a lot of surgical experience. I also asked a lot of questions, and they explained everything really well in detail.
