I went on a weekday at the reserved time, but maybe because they had a lot of consultations and surgeries scheduled, both the manager and the doctor seemed extremely busy. When consulting with the doctor, he was the type who talked more about his own opinion than considering the patient’s. For people who want the doctor to listen to the patient’s opinion, this would probably be below expectations. In the middle of the consultation, the manager came in, so the doctor suddenly hurried to wrap things up and leave. When I told the manager, ‘You must be really busy,’ they responded as if it were only natural, saying it’s not like they can do consultations all day. The doctor also gave the impression of taking plastic surgery lightly rather than having any sense of responsibility. It was not a hospital where I wanted to have surgery.
