I consulted with Director Park Do-jun, and I was grateful that he answered every question carefully from start to finish. He recommended inserting a support structure with the septum to fix the alar cartilage, but from my perspective, since I was worried that the tip of my nose might become stiff, I felt reluctant to make a surgery reservation right away. Moreover, if I remember correctly, the surgery was to be done under general anesthesia, and people who are concerned about side effects from general anesthesia should be careful.
