They said they would increase the silicone from 4 to 4.5, correct the bulbous nose and the long nose, and use ear cartilage and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. If that is not enough, they said donor rib cartilage could be used during surgery. They also said that even if silicone is inserted, osteotomy can be done if the surrounding area still looks wide. They recommended making the nose tip slightly higher because it tends to drop later.
