I went for a nose consultation. The consultation took about 5-10 minutes. After looking at my face, he said very directly that I should shave it down, raise it, and do the tip, and that would be enough. It didn't feel like he was explaining things in detail; it felt more like he was only saying the essentials neatly. For the tip, he said he'd use the septal cartilage, not ear cartilage.
