I had lower eyelid fat repositioning surgery with Director Yu Hanna two years ago, and it was the most satisfying surgery I've ever had! My face became naturally brighter, and when I was in poor condition, the double-layered look I used to get? disappeared and became smooth and flat. The director was also really kind, and this is the only surgery I'd recommend to acquaintances. I don't remember the price exactly..
