I went for a consultation because I was worried about a double chin and facial fat. The director himself handled the consultation, and he wasn't exactly warm and friendly, but he pointed out the things that were medically necessary very clearly. Rather than just talking a mile a minute, he showed me before-and-after photos and explained how my features would come out, which made me trust him more. He also answered every question I asked. When I met with the coordinator, I was given explanations about the cost and aftercare, and since they explained everything so carefully, I booked right away. I'm looking forward to the surgery too.
