First I consulted with the doctor and made a reservation, and the doctor was extremely kind. The consultation manager also explained things thoroughly, but when I asked about inflammation, she said things like if you're afraid of inflammation during surgery, then you shouldn't have surgery, so I felt a bit ... I didn't trust that, but after meeting the doctor, I felt reassured and made the reservation. What the consultation manager said bothered me a little, but I decided to trust the doctor and go ahead with the surgery. The doctor reassured me about the part I was worried about and said it would turn out well .. I do want to check once more before surgery and talk things through, but the first consultation was okay overall. However, the front desk staff somehow ... um ... didn't seem very interested in the patients ㅠ
