It was the weekend, and the director had surgery before my consultation, so the wait was a bit long. The facilities seemed average, and the staff were kind. The consultation order went manager > director > manager, and for the first manager consultation, the manager wasn't really making recommendations or anything. They just listened to the patient's condition and concerns, took notes, and conveyed their general thoughts? (I showed photos, and they honestly said things like, compared to this photo, your condition is like this and that, and that it wouldn't come out exactly the same.) In the consultation with the director afterward, maybe because they were a bit tired, it wasn't very detailed and felt rather blunt. It was basically just answering the questions I asked.. I liked that there was no pressure to pay a deposit or anything like that.
