The improvement in the cleft lip and palate scar was truly, truly beyond my expectations. The problem is that the tip of the nose seems too high, and the columellar support is bothering me a lot. Then a month later, I was suddenly told they had used mesh... ...What am I supposed to do.... They explained that it was a partially absorbable mesh, so for now, I guess I’ll just wait 2-3 years...
