Before getting nose surgery, I got Botox in my nostrils to see what it would feel like if I narrowed them first, but it just hurt a lot and I did not really see much effect. The director also recommended surgery, saying Botox would not work very well, but I was not expecting that much anyway, so I guess that is that.
