I had a consultation for liposuction, fat grafting, and under-eye fat repositioning. I wanted liposuction under the eyes and above the nasolabial folds, but I was told that this was ordinary and not recommended. Fat grafting was recommended only as a very small amount for refinement. The doctor seemed conscientious, not recommending unnecessary surgery and aiming for natural results! I’m in my late 30s, so I’ve really started to feel the signs of aging lately and wanted to have various procedures, but the doctor advised that aging is natural and that some of it has to be accepted. Most plastic surgery clinics just tell you to do this and that, but the sincere advice really resonated with me, and I’m planning to get fat grafting done before I change jobs.
