Sharing my first round of clinic-visit reviews for asymmetrical breasts

It was my first round, so I only have two, but I’ve already booked three more for the second round, so once I’ve been to all three, I’ll post again. This is just a post I’m putting up to organize things because my single-celled self might forget @.@

GL (Sinnonhyeon, not the animal)

-Difficulty getting an appointment <medium> Weekends were hard to book, so I went on a weekday morning. Half-day off minus one..^^

-Hospital cleanliness <high> friendliness <high> Especially the consultant........ when I left, she saw me off all the way to the elevator. My boyfriend of 4 years doesn’t even glance at me whether I take the subway home or not lol

-Consultant consultation <high> Doctor consultation <um..... medium?> What I can say for sure is that the consultant consultation was longer than the doctor consultation. I felt like the doctor was someone who just gives the diagnosis, but when I think about it, that is the doctor’s job... lol He also stretched my skin around to check my skin elasticity. He gave off the scent of a perfectionist. If I asked even a slightly weird question (“Please make them bigger lol”), he cut it off immediately. The consultant explained everything I asked by showing photos or some kind of records? data? So the consultant consultation was longer.

-Diagnosis <left Motiva Demi 300cc, right Motiva Demi 265cc, dual-plane method>

-Pressure to book <lowest> They didn’t even bring up booking. They told me to think it over for a long time and come back. This isn’t just me. The consultant said from the start that she doesn’t forcibly hold anyone, so don’t feel disappointed. There was also a sign on the desk saying something like Glam does not pressure reservations... anyway, something along those lines lol

-Consultation satisfaction <high> Honestly, it’s harder to decide because it’s difficult to find downsides lol. Human psychology is so strange..

NT (Nonhyeon) -Difficulty getting an appointment <upper-medium> Weekends were hard, and even for weekdays they said it would only be possible 2-3 days after the date I wanted, so I barely got an appointment. I went on a different day from GL, so another half-day off got deducted.. ^^

-Hospital cleanliness <high> friendliness <high> When I entered on time, I thought I was walking into some kind of gallery! But there was a wait. I think it took about 20-30 minutes.

-Consultant consultation <medium> Doctor consultation <high> Here, the consultant consultation was relatively ordinary compared with the previous hospital, and I think the doctor consultation was better. He was kind and answered while listening to me all the way through. He explained all the surgical methods too. In a word, I felt he was thorough. But the difference from the previous hospital was that rather than stating a definite diagnosis, the doctor diagnosed based on my opinions as the patient! He said both the dual-plane method and subfascial placement were possible and told me to choose. But I still haven’t properly entered into my head what’s what, so I was flustered... haha For someone indecisive like me, I think it’s actually better if the doctor chooses for me. At the previous hospital, the doctor decided things very clearly, one by one lol And this may be a prejudice too, but he looked younger than the doctor at the first hospital, so I got curious about his experience.

-Diagnosis <left Motiva Demi 340cc, right Motiva Full 275cc, dual-plane method>

-Pressure to book <medium> They did bring up booking and recommended it. But they didn’t hold onto me multiple times or force it.

-Consultation satisfaction <upper-medium> I think it would be good for people who go in thinking friendliness is the basic baseline for a consultation! The doctor is thorough but receives you kindly.

Now that I’ve written it, it got ridiculously long. I’m startled;;

Because I have asymmetrical breasts, the left and right sizes came out differently, and that’s inevitable because the left is an A cup and the right is a B cup.. My band size is 75, andㅠㅠ They say that unless asymmetrical breasts are severe, it’s not easy for the person herself to notice... But of course I knew. I knew my breasts were severely uneven ^ㅅ^...

On top of that, when I went for the consultation, they said my nipple symmetry didn’t match either... Honestly, I hadn’t guessed that, so I asked “What?? What??” several times, but when they put a tape measure straight across in front of the nipples, they really were different.. The right breast must be less confident because it was looking at the floor.. lol

Anyway, once I do the second consultation tour too, I’ll write another post. What I felt isn’t the correct answer, so please just use it for reference!
