My consultation with the director was so, so satisfying. Before that, the consultation coordinator was also kind enough that I forgot how hectic it was and how long I had waited after booking, but I didn’t really feel any professionalism. The facilities are.. honestly like a madhouse market. I even heard people say it gets chaotic on the day of surgery too. Maybe because a lot of people come in for minor procedures, but if you’re thinking about double eyelid surgery, please come prepared for at least some chaos~~
