I went yesterday and was told that if I consulted with the consultation manager at 3 p.m. and waited until 5 p.m., I could see the director after surgery and get a consultation. I ended up waiting until 5:30 and never got the consultation, so I went today instead. I waited two hours yesterday and thought they might at least be a bit kinder today, but they were obviously showing how busy they were, and it was so obvious they were in a hurry. They ended the consultation in under 5 minutes, even gave me an injection to dissolve filler, and I went home. But when I thought about it, I realized I got the dissolving injection and even set the surgery date, yet I never got to see the 3D CT?? I understand there were a lot of people, but even though the price is really high, I don't think treating people this carelessly is right. And they said there are no CCTV cameras inside the operating room.
