When I went in, the environment was really good because they even escorted me. The manager was also kind, and the atmosphere was really pleasant. When I met with the doctor, he read out the surgery information like he was reading from a textbook and didn't say anything extra. I had expected a thorough consultation about which areas were more lacking, so that part was a little disappointing.
