I’m a living fossil who had nose surgery at Trand in 2009. At the time, I had it done with silicone + ear cartilage, and it turned out very naturally. It seems a bit different from the current style.. I went back recently for a consultation about revision surgery, but they weren’t very proactive during the consultation. I’m debating whether to have the revision done here or somewhere else. Personalities may divide opinions, but their skill and stubbornness are definitely solid.
