I had square jaw surgery and cortical bone osteotomy here 3 years ago! I wanted the result to look as natural as possible, and I think the line came out naturally. The swelling wasn’t severe and there wasn’t much bruising, but there is asymmetryㅠ It’s a bit more natural because of that asymmetry, though. Still, I’m somewhat satisfied because the major surgery ended well with no side effects at all
