It was the hospital I ultimately decided on, but it is still a place I am considering. More than the director, the consultation manager gave me a much firmer evaluation of my appearance. I was debating whether to insert an implant, and she said my line would come out well even without one. I remember she was actually stern about it, haha. It was not bad.
