I had nose surgery at N Plus five years ago. Back then I had the surgery hoping for aesthetic improvement, and since I also had rhinitis, I had a functional procedure at the same time. Surprisingly, after the surgery my rhinitis was almost cured, and aesthetically it was done using only ear cartilage without silicone, so I was worried, but it wasn't bad. However, because the doctor was handling so many patients alone, you could see that they looked exhausted. They weren't the kind of person who would answer every question in a very kind way. Still, in the end, I was very satisfied with the surgery.
