I originally had no intention of getting nose surgery, but I did it because I wanted to look prettier no matter what. The doctor who did mine, as far as I know, moved to another hospital, but it came out naturally higher. I'm satisfied with the height, but as time has passed, a more noticeably glamorous nose definitely looks prettier, so I do have a little regret that I should have asked for a flashier nose, but I like it haha.
