I was looking into fat grafting because the area under my eyes felt hollow, and I went for a consultation because it seemed well known. I arrived a little earlier than my appointment time and waited, but the wait was too long. I think I waited more than 30 minutes. The director was fairly empathetic. I didn't get the feeling that I had to have surgery there.
