Because it was peak season, there were a lot of people waiting when I went. The director was the kind of person who is naturally very kind, so I felt reassured because they even drew diagrams and explained the surgical method in detail. The manager was kind, but I didn't get the feeling that they were especially attentive. Anyway, I had the surgery here, and I'll write another update after I see how things go.
