The swelling in my eyes is still going down unevenly, so on one side, if I’m not putting strength into my eye, a double eyelid forms. It’s not that I really dislike it, and I think this has its own charm too lol The eye that has settled stably as an inner double eyelid feels about 1.3 times bigger than before surgery, so I’m satisfied. My two eyes were originally very asymmetrical, but now they seem much more balanced than before, so I like it. I wish the swelling inside would hurry up and go down, but it seems like it really isn’t going away easily. I think I need to take it easy and be patient. For everyone who hasn’t had surgery yet, swelling doesn’t go down overnight and takes a long time, so please keep that in mind! Oh right, the bruising from the medial epicanthoplasty is still there as a blood bruise! This bruise also really doesn’t seem to fade. In the photos, it’s covered with concealer.
