I have a bulbous nose, and I had surgery here. At first, the tip looked blunt so I thought it was a failure, but the columella came down nicely and the bridge shape was fine. The tip is better than before, but it still didn’t become very slim, and several years have passed now so the tip shape has changed and I’m preparing for revision surgery.
