Functional nose consultation, ENT specialist x. The doctor was kind and explained the nose surgery in a way that was easy for the patient to understand. But the manager was extremely rude. They kept trying to end the consultation themselves, saying there were other reservation consultations waiting behind me, even though I still had questions and hadn’t finished asking them. I had already waited more than an hour at the clinic for that consultation. The manager’s attitude made me not want to book it.
