I went in for a consultation about revision eye surgery, and the manager was kind, and there was absolutely no aggressive sales pressure. The doctor also noticed at a glance what was bothering me even though I hadn't even said what was uncomfortable, which was impressive. Again, there was absolutely no aggressive sales pressure!
