The consultation wait was really, really long, and after going to quite a few consults elsewhere, this was the first time I was told to shave down the dorsal hump. I had never even thought of myself as having a dorsal hump, so I was like, "Huh?" and at the next clinic I asked about it again, and they said it was so slight that it didn't need to be shaved. So I asked the doctor, "What happens if I don't shave the dorsal hump..?" and they said there is also a method of sculpting the silicone, but the accuracy is lower...
