I had it done a few years ago, and I clearly asked for it to look natural and for the silicone to be as low as possible, but after the surgery I found out almost 5 mm of silicone had been inserted.. A few years later I ended up having it removed ㅠㅠ The nostril reduction was done naturally and well, but the surgery going against what I wanted was kind of absurd...
