I was nervous because I saw reviews saying he was scary, but he was nothing like that at all. I wrote on the questionnaire that breathing through one nostril was uncomfortable, and before I even went in, he told me to go back to the next room so he could take a closer look inside my nose. Then he showed me photos and continued the consultation. He answered my questions well and also helped me think through which option would be better. There were a lot of people, but he took enough time and didn’t rush the consultation.
