This was a revision nose surgery, and I got a quote for revision nose surgery + paranasal augmentation + alar reduction. Honestly, the paranasal area and alar reduction feel a bit burdensome, but the director is so firm?? or rather... I don't even know how to ask anything... Their standards of beauty are so fixed that I don't know whether I should trust them and go ahead, or postpone the paranasal area and alar reduction until later and only do the revision nose surgery, or do everything at once. Other clinics also told me to do the alar reduction, but this was the first place that suggested paranasal augmentation... Since it's a revision, I want to be as safe as possible, but I'm really torn.
