Staff were unfriendly. You may have an unpleasant experience. The head doctor seems kind, but just doesn't really talk much. Even when you ask questions, the answers are not very satisfying. Maybe because they get a lot of visitors? If you don't bring questions to ask, it will feel like you donated 10,000 won. They market it by saying they'll give a discount if you have surgery on a date that was canceled for another patient.
