First of all, the director was not extremely warm, but I liked that they explained things in detail. I had consultations at several other hospitals too, but this was the most detailed and thorough explanation I got! Personally, as long as someone isn't rude, it doesn't bother me much, so the consultation went well for me. Because of the consultation with the director, my trust and confidence really grew, and although I haven't had the surgery yet, I already feel like if I get a nose surgery later, I definitely want to do it here! The hospital facilities were a bit old, so they weren't especially good, but they were still clean!
