To begin with the conclusion, I feel like I just became a bulbous nose that only got higher, so I don’t like it. My nose is a high bulbous nose, meaning the tip is low, the bridge is high, the nostrils are large, and the tip is blunt and thick. Because of that, the doctor recommended nose surgery without implants, and used ear cartilage and septal cartilage. After the tip surgery, for the nostrils, he said they would naturally get narrower if the nose was lifted, so we didn’t do anything there, and osteotomy was performed. But looking at the result, it doesn’t even seem like I had surgery. It just feels like my nose got a little higher, while the tip is still blunt and the nostrils are still wide, so it felt like 3.5 million won had vanished into thin air. The only somewhat fortunate thing was that there were no side effects??…
