First of all, the facility is really good. The staff are all kind too.. but everyone seems busy. The director looks really busy.. I waited outside and then went into the director’s office, but I still had to wait for the director.. I got the feeling the consultation was a bit rushed because of how busy the director must be. He explained things, adjusted the line, and was like, “Okay? Do you have any more questions?” He was kind. The only time I took off my mask was to check the harmony between my eyes and face, and I liked the line too. And there was also a somewhat noticeable feeling of subtle pressure to make a reservation..
