Maybe because it was peak season, I had to wait quite a while even though I arrived on time.. The director was very good at consultations, and I had also gone in to ask about canthoplasty, but he clearly told me that my eyes would look better without it and shaped the line very well. He seemed like someone with a strong conviction! The manager showed me what “business-like kindness” really means.. During the consultation she explained things well, but once it was over she just opened the door and left first.. Usually they hold the door and say goodbye, but she didn’t even greet me, just opened the door and went back to the desk to look at her phone.. I felt awkward, so I said goodbye first and left… Setting cost aside, that was enough for me to walk out… It’s not like they don’t respect people, but what was that.. The director was really good though
