Personally, I wanted a style that would show a natural result, and especially around the cheekbones, rather than just whether surgery makes them move further inward or not, they checked the overall head size, the line from the forehead and hairline down, and things like how much facial fat there is, and it seemed like they were pursuing the most natural and pretty line for my head shape and features through things like fat grafting as well as bone surgery. It was the closest to what I was aiming for, and the anesthesiologist, the manager, and everyone had worked together for more than 10 years, and seeing that they were not interested in advertising at all made me trust them.
