I think the manager explained things extremely well. They first recommended the parts the director had suggested, and then explained clearly what kind of surgery would be good for the areas I wanted to fix. The director explained things almost like a university professor giving a lecture. They showed photos of people with faces similar to mine and explained that it would be good to do the surgery in this kind of way, showing several cases and carefully explaining even the surgical method. They also took CT photos and checked the nerve lines, of course.
