I liked how they explained everything step by step, starting from the surgery method, in a very Fm-style PowerPoint presentation. The consultation time was also great because the doctor's consultation alone went on for over 30 minutes, and they carefully explained what would stand out and what would be improved if I had the surgery! The only downside is that compared with other clinics, it feels like they would do everything if you want it? So it gives a bit of a lower-trust feeling..? Still, if you're worried about facial contouring, it might be worth including in your consultation list.
