I had been self-conscious about my large nose, so I went in for a consultation. They told me to shave down the dorsal hump and do septal extension for the tip, and I just listened to the doctor with less than half the knowledge I needed... My nose ended up longer, like Pinocchio with a stiff tip. The director was speaking in such a pushy way that even my first consultation was a complete blur, if I remember correctly..
