I consulted about functional and cosmetic surgery. I left a reservation request online on a holiday, and as soon as Monday came, they booked me in first thing in the morning. Because the time was changed in between, I had to wait an hour for the ENT consultation... then another hour for the plastic surgery consultation... I got so exhausted from waiting that I just got the consultation over with and left quickly. The hospital is large, and the staff were kind. The ENT director was very experienced and looked me over in detail without me even needing to ask. The plastic surgery director spoke informally, which I didn’t like, and I thought they would redesign it on top of the photo or do a virtual simulation, but they didn’t do that. If I showed a photo, they just said they would take care of it like this on their own? Functionally I’m satisfied, and cosmetically I don’t want anything extravagant, just something that suits me well, so I set a surgery date.
